Slow Old Not convenient For a company like Accor its a shame

Accor is a business that is quick at cashing you but never gives back a chance for error. poor customer if you go wrong Accor wont let you step back but will charge your error at real price which indeed stops your desire to do more business with them. The big boss, the happy One who owns Accor does not care about you, he is only worried of his own income. Watch out, you are no longer a customer, you became a Target. I had such experience in Dieppe where canceling an Ibis reservation was not considered refundable even i agreed it upon buying as if i would be aware of my error at the time, i replaced the reservation by a Mercure one graded higher and more costy but no worry Accor just agreed to cash both the cancelled and the replacing , watch out Target

The latest version of this app allows a lot more control but it constantly crashes on my iPhone 5. The new user interface looks much better but whats the point if youre constantly having to restart the app?

Great app for making reservations world wide and checking my point balance. Out of all my loyalty program apps this one is my fave. Everything is well laid out and easy to navigate.

This is by far the worst loyalty app I have ever tried to use The only way to log in is to delete the app off the phone then install again and about 50% of the time it may work

This latest version (Jun 29/15) keeps crashing and is totally useless.

The hotels are great; Our family travels a lot and Novotel hotels always seem to be in convenient locations. This app, however, is extremely poor. Using the web site offers a far better experience.

I cannot add my loyalty card to Apple Wallet. Ridiculous.

Very nice app for booking. Easy but it does not give the option if you need more than one room like the website. Need that option when booking for a family or group.

I just wanted to know my status and points, but very confusing. This should be right up front.
