The app locks up

Even with the newest update, the app locks up my phone when opened. Before the update I wasnt able to see an upcoming reservation either, even though the hotel had my member number. Please fix.

Passbook

The only thing that they need to do is to make it available the passbook function to the loyalty card and etc

Slow response Poorly designed ux w long and boring starting ad and then ended w a system hang Suggest to fire the creative creator or head...... Such a mess

Too many flaws

Booking is difficult, buttons dont work or contain code and not text. Paying by credit card through the app resulted in an "unconfirmed" payment because the app doesnt ask for the security code (like on the site). And still no iPad version...

Accor Needs iPad App!

I wish Club Accor had an app specifically designed for iPad. Using the iPhone app on iPad is just not user-friendly.

Good, does not work on iPad

Title says it all, either design it to work on iPad or get an iPad version of the app. Works well enough on iPhone to see current and past reservations and to make a new reservation.

Amazing App

It does everything the full size website does on the go! Its simple yet complete.

It crashes when offline

It crashes if imI open it and I am offline, like right before checking in or on my way to the hotel. Nice if they would ley you pull the member card offline.

Crap on an iPad

Good app, but

I like the current app version, with the few exceptions: - There is no feedback function, only here via review. - The date of future reservation is tied to the iPhone calendar, not the reservation itself. Since my reservation starts day earlier, while Im in my time zone, the reservation for 7th in Europe is labeled 6th while in US. Please label the reservations with actual local time and date, not tied to the iPhone calendar. - When entering company code, the field gets blocked by pop-up keyboard. This prevents pasting the code to the field. Only typing is possible, while the field is hidden from the view behind the keyboard. Thank you for updating the app.
