Very useful

Problem with account synchronization, often technical problem

It is not possible to do online check in.

Quite well operating app. A lot of functions and quite intuitive operation

Slow app, doesnt show same functionality. Checkin doesnt work. Waste of time

bad first impression- it lasts forever when you want to open the app for the first time, then it works slowly, too. Other point is- once you log in you cannot log out or even switch accounts. In general- nice pictures and nothing more, I preferred to book vía booking.com (much better app) or on the website

I didnt start the app for a long time and neither did I book hotel using app lately but I see they use location services a lot. Watch out for this tracking backdoor..

No rooms on JBR in Dubai for NY Eve however everything is available on Booking.com

Quite practical and well designed

This app is OK, but please upgrade it for 6s plus screen (the resolution is not the same) and also add an opportunity to add AccorHotels card to Apple Wallet. Thank you.
