better to use the website

bad first impression- it lasts forever when you want to open the app for the first time, then it works slowly, too. Other point is- once you log in you cannot log out or even switch accounts. In general- nice pictures and nothing more, I preferred to book vía booking.com (much better app) or on the website

Too much user tracking

I didnt start the app for a long time and neither did I book hotel using app lately but I see they use location services a lot. Watch out for this tracking backdoor..

Almost impossible to book during the high season

No rooms on JBR in Dubai for NY Eve however everything is available on Booking.com
