The best app for hotel company ever, simple design and easy to use. I think if you add the most and easier way to carry membership card is to let us add it into apple wallet app :)
Accor ... You need to find a good app developer, the app takes year to load info and communicate with the database ... Definetly not using cash memory !!! The idea is good but it is unusable if the peformance and response time continue like this ... Very disappointed

Im am able to easily book and check my reservations with the app. Nice set of detail including maps and services offered by each hotel.

Failed to create account, failed to complete a booking... Why bother when other booking apps are out there that youre booked and done in less than a minute without extra booking or credit card fee (I was making an Australian booking to which the Accor app a) charged more and b) wanted to add 1.5%). Needs work. Incidentally the Mercure hotels website - part of Accor - equally buggy.
The app is now very good at displaying upcoming bookings and not too bad at searching either. Über integration doesnt really do anything for me so no perceived benefit there. Wish list - add card to Passbook (you can show it in app though), use points to pay when booking travel, update graphics for iPhone 6/6+ screens.

I like Accor app, it is useful, easy to navigate and I find all the information I need very quickly. Sometimes it takes to long to launch.
App doesnt even retain data across updates. Every time they update you have to re-add your bookings and membership information.
16 digit loyalty card number + 11 character contract number +5 digit host number, now start. Cannot see public & contract rates in the same session. Cannot book more than one stay per session without entering all the ID data again. Drop down lists are not alphabetical. Ambiguous English "staying in a hotel?" Most Accor eMedia needs proofreading by native English speaker!
