Good price, great hotels ... Just love it

the old app was much more easier to navigate and read, everything is in one place on one page. thinking new app needs redone

Great app! And the hotels are fabulous, doesnt matter if they are budget or luxury.

I spend a lot of time watching the spinning circle. It says to click to see rates and after a wait, says no rooms for those dates. Why show hotels that are not available? If you switch contexts (e.g., to check mail or reviews), expect to have to start your search from the beginning.

Fast, intuitive, perfect for people on the go. Will be better if touch login is available.

App looks great but I cant search because it will not let me select a departure date.

I like being able to display my member card directly from the app

I only use this app on the couple times per year that I travel internationally. Its convenient to be able to make reservations and check in from my phone.

Works pretty well; the interface is now clearer and more intuitive.

Normally I give Ibis Tunis 5 stars. Today I cant . I only speak English . Theres no English channels available. Its not like the surrounding area is nice with things to do. VERY disappointed.

I NEVER write reviews but this app is so annoying. I am now staying at a Sofitel six nights a month for the next three years. When I try to use the app to access my reservations the full details are not available. Even more annoying is that the "my account" page never loads! Fix these issues please.

The application is useful and easy to use,, but sometimes I found that I have to use pc instead of it to access something cannot be reachable in the app
