Good but not enough
Accor is a business that is quick at cashing you but never gives back a chance for error. poor customer if you go wrong Accor wont let you step back but will charge your error at real price which indeed stops your desire to do more business with them.
The big boss, the happy One who owns Accor does not care about you, he is only worried of his own income.
Watch out, you are no longer a customer, you became a Target.
I had such experience in Dieppe where canceling an Ibis reservation was not considered refundable even i agreed it upon buying as if i would be aware of my error at the time, i replaced the reservation by a Mercure one graded higher and more costy but no worry Accor just agreed to cash both the cancelled and the replacing , watch out Target
