What a pain and difficult to use

iPad App not working

App will not allow you to search dates properly. Defaults to the day you are searching as the start of your stay.

Not an easy app

You have to put the destination in a place and the date on other place with the room in other place

App is good except the name

If you install the app, you can only launch it by searching for the App by typing in “A-L-L” and not “A-c-c-o-r”. But if you search for the app in the store, you have to search for “Accor” as “All” is too generic. Other than that it works fine.

Don’t Download

The app didn’t recognize my login info. Plus was promised a free cocktail and didn’t receive one.

Clunky app

The app is very clunky and when you need customer service help there is no method to get it. No chat, email, or phone number to get help from an actual person. Very disappointing from a brand supposedly built on customer service. There is even a spot on the app where you are supposed to be able to leave feedback on the app. When you tap it nothing happens. What a joke.

I’ve turned a few people onto All Accor. I don’t see that there is a way to get points, but I think there should be if I’m doing a little marketing for the org. Would someone from All Accor respond to this question?

One of the most user friendly apps . Use of my rewards points is a one click task . I love it . 🌹

Nice app

I love the loyalty program but some websites have cheaper prices than All. Also the points take a long time until showed on the app.

Application was straight-forward and easy-to-use

I am a 50-year-old, semi-senile man, booking this without the usual assistance of my wonderful 20-year-old son. I anticipated a tough time with lots of frustration and yelling, yet, this was shockingly pleasant. All of my questions were answered in extensive details: room info, pricing, amenities, perks, etc. Lovely to start off our trip on the right foot. Hope I do not stumble to my other one on Phu Quoc Island. Hooray!

All Accor member, wonderful, convenient, user friendly app.

Stayed over 60 nights last calendar year using the All Accor app. Currently on my 129th day this calendar year. I’m living/traveling between Japan, Korea and south east Asia, this app is a wonderful companion. Searching for best rates and new locations is a breeze. The members data, status points, reward points and future stays is very detailed. I always do my bookings on the app and never have had a problem. It would be nice to have the “simulated point calculator”, thats on the website, on the app ✨👍 I’m a very greatful, happy, All Accor member. Thank you for this app ✨🙏✨

App is not user friendly

The app doesn’t not save the card on file if you choose that option. Something is wrong with the app. The app could be more user friendly with user test case.

Impossible to log in

Doesn't recognize my password so I have to reset then doesn't recognize my reset password. So I go to have to go Expedia to book Accor.

State not coming up

Tried to search State but it is not coming hindering the setup

Enhance app functionality for better experience

I rated it three stars due to the lack of functionality I desire, which I believe would also benefit others. Could you please consider adding features that allow users to search and book under corporate special rates, as well as the ability to find and add upcoming reservations that might be missing / not included in my account. Thank you! Update: I have revised my review since everything is now implemented. Great and swift support! Thank you very much!

Accor rates more expensive on app

have not been able to use this app yet because the rates are always so much higher than what booking sites offer. i booked a room for 3 nites at an accor hotel on a booking site because the accor app was going to charge me the equivalent of the 3 nite total just for the first night alone. ridiculous. and using it to search an area doesn’t work. for example, i want accommodation in the sydney cbd, and it gives me locations from all over the NSW and Australia. waste of time.

Not user friendly for guests that already have a reservation

Both the app and website are geared toward booking. For users that already have a reservation and want to look at amenities or do other advance research, you have to make a lot of extra clicks to get to the info.

Can’t login

I can’t login into the app after setting up an account 1) I see app home dashboard 2 )join are loyalty plan screen pops up 3) I select membership terms and when I select join the program I’m bounced back to the login screen. It would probably help if there wasn’t a giant log out button above the join program text

Membership not recognized

We are on the road a lot (2 out of every 6 weeks) and when we heard about the benefits of the Accor membership program, we installed the app and signed up. It didn’t take long to achieve Gold status and we’re quickly approaching Platinum. The appeal of this membership was that if we chose to book only with Accor hotels, our benefits would add up. With our Gold status we should receive a welcome drink, a free room upgrade and a few other perks. So far we have only been offered a drink once and the room upgrade was only when we mentioned it. We understand that it is based on availability but it would be nice if the people checking us in would mention it! It would even be nice if they acknowledged that we are loyal customers! It doesn’t encourage us to continue using this service and being loyal to the Accor hotels since the benefits are not what they had promised.

Apps does not allow change reservation

I have to cancel my booking and made a new reservation. Seems like I cannot just change in this App

App stinks

The app can’t pull up my reservation.

Will not load my bookings.

New update for the APP on 8/25 and the APP still will not load bookings.

Information is clear. Reservation process is smooth, much better than website

Accor App has a bug in allowing delete or update of payment cards

Hi, I can’t find anywhere else to report this because the link here on your Ap Support Accor does not work, it directs to the main web page. The various most recent App versions are not allowing updates or deletion of payment cards. When attempting, roe message appears stating “Drat something went wrong.” I called customer service and they told me to delete and reinstall the App on both my IOS devices. This accomplished nothing other than wasting time. I hope you folks take this seriously and get this issue fixed.

Impossible to cancel your booking when you book 2 or more rooms

When you book 2 rooms in 1 booking and you decide to cancel it, it only cancels 1 of 2 rooms and not the entire booking. When you try to cancel the 2nd booking, there is no option to ans it just suas reservation is cancelled. But it is not and it shows up on your upcoming bookings. No contact number for ALL available. Very frustrating

Disappointed at First Try

I really enjoyed my experiences in my last two stays at IBIS hotels, so I wanted to try out the Accor All program. Unfortunately, it’s nothing like what I expected! I deleted the application.

Frustrating

I tried booking a room with points and cash but it kept giving me an error. I finally tried reducing the amount of points to use and then it went through. Why allow me to use a certain amount of points and then give me an error. It was just luck that I reduced the points for the purchase.

Web/App syncing

The app does not load or recognize bookings made online. Frustrating.
